hello guys i need some help about knight online

hello guys ... how to fix skill mage and scroll TP?
when use the TP scroll or Mage summon party member use teleport Skill then DC..it's like when the target is moving and got summoned or teleported to other player suscpeted using speed hack..
it is from hack shield problem , load zone problem or bug skill??
any clue or idea how to fix them??
