Having dynamic options hides tags when SelectValue prop is set

When options are added and taken away based on a search parameter and the SelectValue prop is set to match a property on the MultiSelectOption, the tags disappear when they can't be found in the search result.

Here shows a demonstration of how the tags stay visible when the SelectValue prop isn't set:
