Not really, I'd be open to accepting PRs but I haven't used anything in the .NET ecosystem in years so it would likely take me a while to review anything.

I believe https://github.com/pardeike/Harmony also does method patching, although I'm not sure how it works. Back when I created Ryder, Harmony already existed but I wanted a different API not based on attributes and "aspects", and hence started a new project.
