Accept module file as an argument on the command line

First off, incredible work on making ProTracker 2.3F happen! The One True Tracker now has a great, modern, bug fixed version, thank you for that!

As part of the amiga.vision project, we are putting together demoparty-specific packs, and one of the things I would love to do would be to have the music competition entries automatically load the relevant module without the user having to figure out ProTracker Disk Op section.

Would it be possible to have it behave something like this?

1> ProTracker “mod.70s Reprise”

Which would start ProTracker and automatically load that module.

This would be a great, era-appropriate way of doing it — when we arranged music competitions at past demoparties, we would always project ProTracker as the interface during the competition playback.

For bonus points, it could also autoplay when doing this. 😄

However, this suggestion is not something I'm going to implement myself, as I don't have the needed knowledge to parse the command line arguments on Amiga, and also because I think this feature is not that important in general. If someone else manages to add this feature, then I'll gladly include that in the main repository.
