Include containerd

Docker now supports containerd on windows. It would be nice to have it included in this package.
That will allow to use buildx on windows and all the caching featues for faster builds

Given containerd has its own release schedule and versioning, it might make more sense to have a separate package for it, I'll have a think.

ok, containerd works for me when downloading the nupkg and install from local source

containerd v2.1.4

doesn't work, seems to need some more config:
