Javascript disabled error flashes on search #21

Describe the bug
Whens searching for a repository it quickly flashes the javascript is required error as the page reloads.
To Reproduce
1: search for a repository.
2: observe a flash of the red error message before it's removed
Expected behavior
The javascript error should not be seen unless it's disabled
