[TF2] Sticky Jump for Demoman doesn't do rocket jump at all

with the rocketjump waypoint flag, usually Demoman used to do sticky jumps.

last time was seen was on RCBOT2 v1.7-beta 4, after this version the sticky jump was never working and demoman still tries to do it. but just never do it.

If this can be looked into it.

Well it's hard to trace since TF2 had a major 64-bit update and that the HL2SDK needed updated too. I've been taking it easy since ive been getting headaches more often.
