IPR rules - APIOps and APItalist

APIOps and APItalist terms are trademarked in EU by APInf Oy. For community to be inclusive we need to define rules how and by whom the trademarked items can be used. The initial intention of trademarking has been (in apinf) to protect the community brand.

Based on discussions with companies and public sector players, we need to define rules to how orgs can use APIOps (tm) and APItalist (tm). On top top of that they need some kind of promise of how long these rules apply. Otherwise partnering with APIOps is seen pushing apinf and apinf IPRs (in the form of trademarks) forward.

We don't know at apinf what APIOps/APItalist community will be. It will be global two-sided community and it probably needs legal entity other than apinf at some point. What it will be, is not known yet.
