ST7920 Serial with Arduino #348

Hello,
I have ST7920, connected serial with arduino. All connections are perfect.
There is no bad circuit.
I uploaded GraphicTest example to my arduino. It works well. But after several
minutes it has garbage. Chinese characters etc.
I tested with Mega2560, UNO R3, DUE. Had same problem with all.
How can i fix this problem? Lcd faulty?
