Any step-by-step instructions to run PacketLibDemo?

I'm interested to re-use your library to generate CCSDS space data packet and telemetry packets. I'm not familiar with how to run your example. It looks like there are 3 related projects: (1) PacketLib, (2) PacketDecoder and (3) PacketLibDemo. Your readme.md does not have enough information to run your example. Could you share any pointer? thanks.
