Definitions/BSDD API: use "Semantic BSDD"?

A: Currently it says

BSDD API https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis/buildingSMART/Dictionaries/v1

But don't we want to base it on "Semantic BSDD" https://bsdd.ontotext.com/ ?
It makes a better semantic and JSON representation, and the two are on par.

If the Reconciliation API is based on BSDD semantic data it's best to use that.

B: We need to define which BSDD dictionaries ACCORD wants to use (or perhaps a single dedicated ACCORD dictionary),
since those present in BSDD vary wildly by scope, quality, etc (there are many test dicts, versions of dicts, etc etc)

So my understanding was BSI are integrating elements of this. In any case - are we actually in a position where a partner can provide hosting for semantic BSDD?
