Add background daemon when app autostarts

Issue Details

Nowadays, sometimes the browser or other applications launch first, and only then AdGuard VPN, which is why sometimes the user has to completely restart the application.

Proposed solution

Add an optional ability to add a background daemon when the application autostarts, so that a connection to the VPN is established before the GUI is launched.
