Problems with connecting to the internet after launching a VPN on the computer.

After connecting to the VPN, the internet seems to disappear and reappear periodically, and it works very poorly. Nothing really loads properly, and the ping jumps up to 1000. I have a subscription for a year, and I would like to get a proper connection for the money I paid, not what I am experiencing now.

For me it happens only with Windows client. On Android with Wi-Fi connected (the same ISP) it's ok.

It's the same for me, everything is fine on the phone, but on the PC it's just terrible.

Seams that the problem is with Adguard ad blocker when Adguard DNS is selected in it. If to disable ad blocker and reanable it then Adguard VPN works well. All sites are opening with out any issues and ping is normal. I'm on Adguard 8.0 beta now.

1. Try to restart the app and the OS.
2. Try to install the latest nightly version then re-login to the app.
3. Try different DNS servers (Settings - App settings - DNS servers).
4. In some cases, switching the Post-quantum cryptography on helps (Settings - App settings - Advanced settings).
5. Try to connect with Wintun driver switched on or off (Settings - App settings - Advanced settings).
6. Try to select QUIC protocol (Settings - App settings - Advanced settings - AdGuard VPN protocol).
