Description

Create a mini program (preferable on the zybo z7) that stores the number of times the device has been turned on/off.

Motivation

This can be used later on the OBC FSW to track the number of times the obc has been powered on / off.

Deliverables

• small program (Probably C) that stores the number of boots (on / off) somewhere in memory that can be accesses later by a user.
