Almost 10 years since the last stable release (although rc versions were pretty stable).

I planned to prepare examples and infrastructure before this release. But I've changed my minds. We should move forward. Ecosystem can be delivered later.

I was watching and this is in my to-do list about Flame.
Right now, the next 3–4 weeks, I'm developing pet-project in priority.
But after that I think I'll come with PR.
