Remake the docs using Docusaurus

I want to make the documentation less dependent on Notion's host and tools.

New Docs repository:

• https://github.com/AlexandreHiroyuki/MovingAveragePlusDocs
• https://alexandrehiroyuki.github.io/MovingAveragePlusDocs/

I want to create a separate repository for the docs to avoid people downloading excessive files when using the library managers from Arduino and PlatformIO.

After deploying, the docs/ directory files on this repository have to substitute by a link to the new website hosted on GitHub Pages.
