Allow variables in action values #53

Unless this is already possible and I'm missing something in the docs, being able to use variables in place of numbers would be helpful. In my specific use case I'm scaling buttons up with a 1.1x ScaleBy action on hover but can't reliably scale it back down on exit. Being able to provide base-scale and do a ScaleTo in my exit event should solve that in theory.
