Show code lists on separate pages

According to the sketches, we should have separate pages for each library element, instead of displaying all elements of the same type at the same page.

This may be easily resolved graphically without complex interventions, but we should have a look at the routing as well. Ideally, each page should have its own route, so that the browser's "back" and "update" buttons work the way the user expects them to.
