Make extended functionality for organziation search

Description

Right now when searching for with tlf and email we get a list of all orgs where this has been found. With the new altinn3 endpoints we can give extra options to filter the search for only hits on notificationaddresses or personal contacts. This should be a simple dropdown menu.
