Audio doesn't switch output devices

1. Set headset as the Windows audio output.
2. Open Ameko and play a video. The sound plays through the headset.
3. Pause the video.
4. Switch the Windows audio output to speakers.
5. Resume playback. The sound still comes from the headset instead of the speakers.

This will apparently involve listening to alcEventCallbackSOFT events and calling alcReopenDeviceSOFT in response, per kcat/openal-soft#555.

I was able to verify the ALC_SOFT_reopen_device extension is present and the two functions exist (using GetProcAddress) but I don't know enough at this time to actually implement what's needed.

If needed, I could probably force a reconnect with every play... but that sounds like a terrible idea.
