Video Area Size Locking

Users should be able to check the "Lock" checkbox in the video area to have the control scale in relation to the video (ie, no scrollbars).

I've looked at implementing this before but got stuck in a callback loop, so will need to try and find some other approaches. Suggestions welcome lol
