Deprecate and/or Remove A4X Core/Orchestration/Benchmark v0.1.0 in Spack once other tasks are done

Once other benchmark-related tasks are done, I will create v0.2.0 for all the A4X repos. At that point, the v0.1.0 releases should be deprecated in Spack packages.
