I need the RIS moth data from Colin for occupancy modelling

So there could be an assignment to Colin to send link to the raw data.
then an issue/action for Tom to convert the counts to Present-Absent

JASMIN isn't really an appropriate label here, because that's about the analysis.
So we need to break down the workflow into chunks: one or more issue per chunk
