Years view will not allow selection of year included in start year

We have a start date of 2016-06-17 and the datepicker is fine in months view and smaller but in years view it will not allow to select the year 2016. Also the label for the years view displays 2010-2019 but 2009-2020 is visible. Parameter passed is data-startdate="2016-06-17". I am able to replicate it in your demo.
