[Cosmos] add comprehensive samples and documentation for feed range APIs and usage

We recently added public surface methods for users to interact with feed ranges, as well as the ability for these to be used in queries. However, we are lacking in samples and documentation on what these are and how they can be used. We should add new sample files showing this, as well as walking through the different uses they have.
