Facebook Application
The Facebook Application provides an embedded version of the application with the following requirements
a. Using JavaScript parse the Facebook Page ID from the signed request and send to the API to determine the StoreKey. Similar to https://github.com/diulama/js-facebook-signed-request
b. be optimized to be displayed at the Facebook Wide size of 810px
c. display a modified master template with a modified header & footer
d. correctly handle the return URL from the Authentication and Payment processes
