Implement Object Dropped Recognition

We talked recording that the object has dropped automatically somehow...

I'm thinking we take the position of our object (via april-tag) -- If it is at it's resting position a topic /object_carry_state can be false. If it's at any other height the topic will read True.

That way when we graph position and force we'll have a nice ON/OFF indicator on the same graph
