Bolt Action 3e - Catalog Overhauls and Updates

Hello hello, s'me again!

Turning my baleful eye towards BA3, I've begun the major task of overhauling BA2 catalogs into streamlined (and simplified, for better or worse) BA3 catalogs, now built on platoons working like super-units!

I'll be updating this as I go, but please understand I'm also working on Flames of War and Team Yankee at the same time here, so give me time and check back often!

It crowds the data too much, so I'm mostly reformatting the current system to be less wonky.
