Implement UTF-8 for accents (FR)

Hello,

Would it be possible to implement UTF-8?

Since version 0.2.3 emails with accents are sent but the accents are removed.

I have tried to get it to work with utf-8 for this issue: #6 .
Unfortunately I could not get the emails to work with accents at that time, so that is why I remove accents as a workaround.
I could try again if I can get it to work, API might have been updated after that version. Or maybe someone watching this issue has an idea on how to accomplish it, feel free to let me know or create a pull request 👍
