Link Python interpreter and co-pilot with VS code

Describe the bug

While running notebook with Visual studio code, there is no python kernel available. Also, copilot feature is missing.

we'll look into this. Please note that shipping the extension through the airlock is going to be much quicker than waiting for us, we have quite a backlog at the moment.

Also, just noticed the mention of Copilot. That's unlikely ever to be available in the SDE, since it requires external network connectivity. If that's a big issue for you, please raise a separate ticket for it, we'll address that separately.
