Incoming Call: Duplicate Call Notification Triggered #123
Description
Issue Description:
When receiving a call, the call notification appears twice instead of once.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Initiate a call to the user.
2.Receive the incoming call on the user’s device.
3.Observe the notifications.
Expected Result:
Only one call notification should appear for the incoming call.
Actual Result:
Two call notifications are displayed for the same incoming call.
