Secret Group: Delay in Updating After User Leaves Group

Issue Description:
When a user leaves a secret group, the group info screen does not update immediately. The update reflects after a delay.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a secret group.
2.Navigate to the group info screen.
3.Leave the group.
4.Observe the group info screen.

Expected Result:
The group info screen should update immediately after leaving the group (e.g., member list and status should reflect that the user has left).

Actual Result:
The group info screen updates after a noticeable delay instead of updating instantly.
