Issue Description:
The user is unable to hear the recipient’s voice when the recipient’s device screen is locked during a call.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Initiate or receive a voice call.
2.Lock the recipient’s device screen during the call.
3.Try speaking from the recipient’s side.
4.Check if the other user can hear the voice.

Expected Result:
The voice call should continue normally, and the user should be able to hear the recipient even if the recipient’s device screen is locked.

Actual Result:
The user is unable to hear the recipient’s voice when the recipient locks their device screen.
