Better synchronisation for nodes

The current synchronisation time for a Beldex node is more than a day. Need to come up with a better approach for faster synchronisation.

Note: Beldex is forked from Monero. But, Monero's sync time is better than Beldex. Comparing the p2p module of Beldex and Monero may help
