Is the wallet down?

I have money in my desktop bitcoin.com wallet. It seems that the servers are down for the wallet as of a couple days. I tried restoring on jaxx wallet using the bip44 recovery phrase but it only finds some of the money. How can I get my BCH back?

I've got the same problem. It seems that BitCoin.com is only now supporting mobile apps. Maybe because that forces you to log into the Google or Apple and therefore can be tracked. But it is a problem for me because using mobile banking apps where I live is a security problem.
