[Patch] Remove Undefined Global Variable 'HUD_ENABLE_HUNGER'

Wanted to suggest the following path, though I am not sure if it correct & has the desired behavior.

• Removes reference to undefined global variable 'HUD_ENABLE_HUNGER'

Yes this needs doing, but mod seems unmaintained.

BlockMen isn't maintaining mods for Minetest anymore, right?

I had forgotten that I created this issue. I later created pull request #8.
