Archived server & delete config #117

My feature request is about
It would be nice to archive the config of a server that kick/ban the bot, so if they want it back they keep their config.
Also be able to delete the config (file), for example if we want to reset the config or kick it without keeping a save.
These two things would make things cleaner in the server config files folder and free some space.
Description of the solution I'd like
For the archive, I think it can be done with an event, if the bot is kick the config file of the server would just be move in a (sub) folder "archived".
For the deletion/reset maybe a command ? or if the bot is banned.
