Need to figure out how to perform multi-step registrations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the registration class accepts a single configuration, but we need to have an option to perform multi-step registrations so that it works with such workflows:

• rigid [low res] + regid [high res]
• rigid + affine
• so on

Have a mechanism to integrate composite transform.
