Introduction

Reward active bakers by providing a voting boost to those who baked at least 10 BREAD in the previous cycle.

High contributors to the Breadchain ecosystem should be incentivized to continue their activity.

Background

Recognizing top contributors in each cycle encourages ongoing engagement and participation in the ecosystem.

Solution Overview

Implement a check for users who baked 10+ BREAD in the previous cycle and grant them a voting boost.

Open questions:

• what if they baked 10 $BREAD but then burned it? should we account for net $BREAD balance gain?
• should we use the last ERC20Votes checkpoint to get the balance in the last cycle for reference?
• is 10 really the number we want to incentivize?
