Description
Describe the bug
The AI cannot react with APS against torpedoes if "Detection Check Water" is activated.
If an AI is equipped with an anti-torpedo launcher (a small torpedo set to target missiles), it will only lock and shoot incoming torpedoes when they are in range of their anti-torpedo launcher if the "Detection Check Water" option is deactivated. If activated, the AI will never lock and shoot incoming torpedoes, even if they are detected by sonar (active or passive).
To Reproduce
Launch a torpedo against a ship equipped with torpedoes (or a torpedo launcher) set to target missiles, and sonars (passive and active) for the detection and tracking of incoming torpedoes.
The ship will react if "Detection Check Water" is deactivated and will try to defend itself.
The ship will not react if "Detection Check Water" is activated and will do nothing.
Expected behaviour
"Detection Check Water" option should not impact the AI reaction to torpedoes detected by sonar. Only ships without sonar should be blind to incoming torpedoes if the option is activated.
