Review saltwater/freshwater site classification

Revisions to Python script and data workflow needed

Manual review of saltwater/freshwater sites with a focus on coastal areas and bays, estuaries needed
Somes sites in the SF bay not being classified as saltwater. Some inland freshwater sites are being classified as saltwater.

• SF Bay: Crown Crab Cove, Crown Bath House, etc.
• Lower American River: 519XARDPK, 519SAC106, etc.

Change GIS data sources
Current GIS polygons being used for the coastal areas and/or saline wetlands are too low in resolution for use.
