Use STaPHB's mash image

This is likely the lazy part of me, but I think it would simplify things for your users if you used STaPHB's mash image with the tag 2.3.

I haven't really looked at how you use it, but since you are using mash's reference for refseq version 70, I thought I would point out that STaPHB's mash image with the tag 2.3 contains that file at /db/RefSeqSketchesDefaults.msh.gz.

This pipeline is in the process of going through validation with the current Mash image being used, but this is definitely something for us to consider for the future. Thanks for pointing it out!
