My apologies, but I was checking to see how you were downloading MLST schemes without a key, and I noticed that https://github.com/CDCgov/neissflow/blob/main/assets/mlst-download_pub_mlst is the same as https://github.com/tseemann/mlst/blob/master/scripts/mlst-download_pub_mlst, but I didn't find any attribution to Torston or the original authors.

Also, I do not know if you are aware, but this method will not download updates scheme updates after 2024. If this does not matter to your group, STaPHB's MLST container with the tag 2.23.0-2024-12-31 contains the last-available downloads and might help your users skip a step in the installation process.

Yes, the mlst download scripts are slightly modified version of those seen in mlst and while this tool is cited, I did not explicitly state that those scripts were also from there. As you mentioned this method can no longer download updated schemes, so I am working on instructions for doing the download with BIGSdb. If it weren't the case I would add more explicit citations, but I am planning on removing those scripts from the repo entirely.
