Improve HTTP capability port and protocol handling #318

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The HTTP capability has rigid assumptions on selecting the protocol. This feature tries to improve this and give the user more control.
Describe the solution you'd like
Give more control to the user for selecting the http protocol (http/https) in the command and don't auto select.
