SSH agent (KMS) integration so key auth can be used #332

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
SOARCA is not able to use key authentication through KMS. This should be implemented.
Describe the solution you'd like
When the KMS option is set SOARCA should be able to use key based authentication. This should be provided through the environment variables and in the future through the variables API

This feature is requested many times through Slack and other channels
