low priority: stage costumes cannot scale with stage size

Increasing the stage size beyond 480X360 leaves you with a white border if you had a black costume for your stage. Even if you import a new larger costume, it shrinks it down to smaller size. there is a workaround: you can color in the white border using costume edit.
