[FR] - Version number in logs

Been working with Franco on assessing behaviours, but due to his environment having many versions it would be useful to have versioning in the logs to identify the source of issues.

May be worth the long name version (from github) rather than just a number.

When running the output will include this e.g.
FireSTARR v0.9.8 [4b22bb29] <2026-02-20T13:17:58>

I see that's just in the console output and not the log though, since it happens before I open the log file - but I can make that part of the .log

I think it may be helpful in the log, so then if I get my act together and package a proper data set with a bug at least you know what you're looking at.
