Good default account setups

For new users, especially users who are new to Linux, it would be very nice to have a 'pretty' and intuitive set up.

This could include things like:
- auto `bat ~/getting-started.md` on login
- 'help' alias with a link to a help page or instructions.
- home-manager minimal set up (so users don't have to use `nix-shell -p` for all their packages)
