Reviewing reports to check details/fill in gaps

Each reported case needs fact-checking and where possible missing details and a photo are added. Much of this work is done throughout the year as cases are discovered, however many cases are added after Transgender Europe (TGEU) release their report (https://tgeu.org/tmm-update-trans-day-of-remembrance-2019/).

This task is to help with any pending reviews, as guided by @annajayne.
