Fix DESCRIPTION

As the package is growing up from its infancy I suggest to fill out missing fields in DESCRIPTION.

As a follow-up, it might be good to reorganize README as well to make it more informative.

Agreed.
We should add ourselves as authors/contributors as well, I suspect.
@dokato - I think the README should include some information about the Plug In. Are you willing to add?

I've also made changes necessary (I think) to pass R CMD check. By accident I have pushed them to the CaRdiffR/nounprojectR repo.
